Crafted with precision and passion, this beer showcases the perfect balance of Rakau, Kohatu and Vista hops, yielding a bold and robust flavour profile that fortifies the spirit.

Brewer's Notes

Dry hopped at 30g p/litre, our Three Hop NEIPA is huge on tropical aromas and citrus flavours.

Aroma

Sweet and tropical fruitiness.

Malts & Adjuncts

Dextrin and oats give a thick mouthfeel typical of a NEIPA.

Hops

Heavily dry hopped with Vista, Kohatu and Rakau hops to give papaya, pear and passion fruit qualities.

Flavour

Soft underlying bitterness from the hops, overripe tropical fruits and a slight citrus balance.

Apperance

Hazy pale yellow.

Food Pairing

Smoked brisket, salty pulled pork, or sticky barbecue chicken.
