A mixed pack of our two newest beers, the Galaxy NEIPA and Blackberry & Cherry Sour. Fresh, fun and fruity – just in time for the warmer weather!

The Galaxy is a hazy NEIPA, hopped exclusively with Galaxy to give a big passionfruit, peach and tropical fruit flavour and aroma. Packed with lactose and 25% oats in the malt bill, this beer is creamy and sweet – just like a NEIPA should be.

The Blackberry & Cherry Sour is a fun and fruity sour beer, packed with 40g/l of sour cherry and blackberry fruit puree. Perfect for warmer days and relaxed evenings – so refreshing, fruity and tart that you’ll forget it’s a beer!

Brewer's Notes

Aroma

SOUR: Tart crisp summer fruits NEIPA: Fruity aromas of Passionfruit and Peach.

Malts & Adjuncts

SOUR: Pilsner Malt base to allow the sweet and tart fruit to take centre stage. NEIPA: Over 25% Oats and 10% Dextrin for a fuller mouthfeel.

Hops

SOUR: Lightly hopped Ekuanot hops to add balance. NEIPA: No bittering hop. 100% pure, high oil content Galaxy hops.

Flavour

SOUR: Sweet and fresh rasberry with a sour cherry bite. NEIPA: Smooth, sweet and exceptionally juicy.

Apperance

SOUR: Summer Rosé red, with a fruity haze. NEIPA: Hazy, golden orange

Food Pairing

SOUR: Light bites, picnics and glorious sunshine. NEIPA: Charred meats and South American flavours.
